As the preparation for the local government, House of Assembly, House of Representatives, Senate and Presidential elections gradually builds up, Hon. Mathew Ebhotemen, the Councillorship Candidate for Ward One in Esan Central Local Government Area, the Edo state governor's local government, has declared that, Winning is Assured across all the upcoming elections.

Speaking on Wednesday, the 27th of May, 2026, in Ward One Secretariat, in Ibore, Hon. Matthew Ebhotemen, aka Apostle, said; "...I want to first of all, appreciate all the members of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for this unity, and this unity will definitely be transformed to massive and landslide winnings in the upcoming Local Government, House of Assembly, House of Representatives, Senate,and Presidential elections".


"The governor of Edo state, Senator Monday Okpebholo, aka Akpakomiza, the working governor, has set the precedence for us to follow, and as far as I am concerned, that precedence of clear dividends of democracy, will be followed hood line and sinker".


Hon. Ebhotemen, who maintained that, ward one is today, united more than ever before, concluded by thanking the governor of Edo state, Senator Monday Okpebholo, the leaders and members of executive as well as the entire members of the All Progressives Congress, in ward one, for the confidence they have in him as the Councillorship Candidate for Ward One.


Apostle Matthew Ebhotemen, JP, a strong Political stalwart, is the Ward 1 Councillorship Candidate for the All Progressives Congress, APC,  in Esan Central Local Government Area, LGA, in the upcoming, Edo State, local government election.
