ECTS Management Board, Approves Promotion of Staff

The Management Board of Edo City Transport Services, ECTS, Chaired by Hon. Chief Robert Okoinemen has approved the promotion of deserving staff across the organization as part of its ongoing commitment to institutional growth and workforce development.
Speaking with our Correspondent, the Chairman of the Management Board, Chief Okoinemen, said; "This development, underscores the Board’s willingness to work collaboratively with staff of the organization, while fostering a culture that recognizes diligence, competence, and dedication".
"The Board believes that rewarding hard work is essential to building a motivated and productive workforce that is capable of delivering efficient and reliable services to the people".
Continuing, the Chairman, ECTS Board of Governors, said; "..in line with this development, the Board is desirous of creating a highly motivated workforce that aligns with the SHINE Agenda of the Executive Governor of Edo State".
"The promotions are expected to boost staff morale, enhance performance, and further strengthen service delivery within ECTS".
Chief Okoinemen, who assured that, the Management Board of ECTS remains committed to implementing policies and initiatives that will drive excellence, improve operational standards, and position Edo City Transport Service as a leading public transport provider, also urged the people of Edo State to give every support to Governor Monday Okpebholo, in his developmental strides in repositioning Edo state to an enviable state.
