Our School Children, Our Future
....under my watch, they will get requisite attention

Education is the foundation upon which every great nation is built. Our children are not just learners in classrooms, they are the dreamers, the innovators, and the leaders of tomorrow. In view of this, the investment we make in them today, determines the strength, stability, and progress of our society in the years ahead. These is the sentiment expressed today, Monday 20th October 2025 by Esan Central Local Government Area Chairmanship aspirat, Prince Abdullahi Momodu, aka Superlee, when responding to a team of Journalists on his plans ahead of the 2026 Edo state Local Government elections.
Speaking, Prince Momodu who emphasised that, Esan Central Local Government, is different from all the others, in the sense that, the governor of Edo state, Senator Monday Okpebholo, is from Esan Central Local Government Area, hence we must show sterling examples to others, also added that; "...under my watch as the Chairman of Esan Central Local Government Area, education will not be an afterthought, it will be a priority".
"I firmly believe that every child, regardless of his or her background, deserves quality education, safe learning environment, and access to the right tools that will prepare them for the challenges of the modern world".
The Esan Central Chairmanship hopeful, said; "from improving school infrastructure and teacher welfare, to providing learning materials and digital resources, my administration will ensure that our schools become true centers of excellence. We will partner with communities, parents, and educators to create systems that nurture curiosity, discipline, and creativity in every learner".
Prince Abdullahi Momodu, concluded by saying; "...what I am saying here, is not just a promise, it is a commitment to our collective future. When we give our children the best, we give our local governments, our states, and ultimately our nation the best; Because our school children are our future".
