Chairman, ECTS, Congratulates Joefel, Ebosele, Sam, Oboh 

...as they take on key roles in Edo

High Chief Robert Okoinemen, Chairman, Board of Directors of Edo City Transport Services has congratulated the newly appointed Edo state  Commissioners, and the Chairman, Board of Governors of Usen Polytechnic on their new appointments.

The Congratulatory message is contained in a Press statement, written on behalf of his family, Political associates, Members of the Board and Staff of ECTS, signed by the Chairman of ECTS and made available to media men.


The statement reads in part: "I wish to congratulate all the distinguished Esan sons and daughter that were recently appointed to strategic positions in the state’s public service..."


The statement described Hon. Felix Akhabue, aka Joefel, the Commissioner for Works, as one that is fondly known for his pragmatic approach to leadership with proven track record in community development; saying, Akhabue is a seasoned administrator and grassroots mobilizer.


Also Chief Okoinemen described Dr. Elizabeth Ebosele, who assumed office as Edo State Commissioner for Budget and Planning, as a consummate professional with an eye for detail and a reputation for strategic foresight, expressing confidence that, Ebosele will bring a refreshing blend of innovation and fiscal discipline to Edo state’s Planning and Budgeting processes. Saying; Dr. Ebosele's appointment underscores the government’s confidence in her ability to ensure prudent management of Edo state's resources, and will also foster sustainable development through effective planning.

In same vein, Chief Okoinemen congratulated Hon. Jerry Uwangue, the Commissioner for Agriculture and Food Security, who he described in the Press release as one who always hunger for perfection in everything he does.

Also, Hon. Sam Oboh who was appointed as the Chairman, Board of Governors of Usen Polytechnic, a position that places him at the heart of technical education advancement in the state, was described by Chief Okoinemen as one that is comited to educational growth and institutional reform. Saying, Sam Oboh, is expected to steer the polytechnic towards greater academic excellence and relevance in the evolving educational landscape of Edo State.


"Congratulations to Hon. Felix Akhabue, Dr. Elizabeth Ebosele, Hon. Sam Oboh and Hon. Jerry Uwangue on their well-deserved appointments". The press statement reads.

Meanwhile, the appointments of these persons, to their various positions, by the governor of Edo state, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has been described by many, as apt, due to their  competence and dedication. Many believe their experience will play a crucial role in creating a new Edo state, in line with the vision of Governor Okpebholo.


As the trio assume their new roles, people's expectations are high, so also, is the confidence of the people, who believe their leadership will contribute significantly to the state’s vision of sustainable progress and inclusive growth.
