... operation clean up the land

A programme tagged "Operation Clean The Land", occasioned by the incessant, but questionable pains caused on the people of Esanland in particular and Edo state, in general, in recent time, as a result of kidnappings, killings, payment of ransoms and others, notwithstanding the hardship that is bitting hard on the people, a programme tagged "Operation Clean The Land", organised by Hon. Paul Uhomesile Acting Chairman, Esan North East LGA, will be holding tommorow, Thursday, 28th May 2025 at the Christ Apple Mission Int'l Inc Uromi, Esan North East Local Government Area of Edo state.


According to the programme, the Guest Speaker at the programme, is  Archbishop Anthony Okosun, the host church  presiding Priest, Archbishop Dr. C. O Ehidiamen will also be in attendance.


Speaking with Esan Magazine, the Chief Host of the programme, Hon. Uhomesile, who is the Acting Chairman of the local government said; "...we all know that the spiritual rules the physical, and what our people have been suffering in the hands of criminals and enemies of our peace, has gotten to the peak and we must take pragmatic effort to solve the problems. As our government are busy doing what they can, we must also do what we can". 

"All hands must be on deck". He said.

Other men of God that are expected at the programme, include; Apostle Dr. Sule A. Faraday, a Special Adviser for Religious Matters and the Chaplain, Edo state Government House Chapel, Bishop Solomon Oamhen Oriaifoh, of the Ascending Tabernacle Worldwide Ministries, who is also the Coordinator of the programme, and Pastor Hon. Frank Omobude, the Chairman, Christian Welfare and Pilgrim Board, Rev. Ilenbodiaye District superintendent, Assemblies of God, Uromi, amongst several others.

Edo State Security Corps To Profile, Document Members - Coordinator  The Coordinator of Edo State Security Corps (ESSC), retired Commissioner of Police Friday Ibadin has urged personnel of the defunct Edo State Security Network now ESSC to make themselves available for profiling.
