Chairman, Esan Central Council: Soaring on the Wings of Grace

The estimable Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) has bestowed a great honor upon our dear friend and brother, Rt. Hon. Kelvin Iyere, the Chairman Esan Central Local Government Area, by appointing him as the National Publicity Secretary of the Association.


Rt. Hon. Kelvin Iyere, known as the White Lion of Africa, has demonstrated his commitment to the nation’s progress by aligning with the Renewed Hope Agenda of both the President and our Governor. 


His appointment speaks volumes about his dedication and belief in these principles.


After thoroughly evaluating his remarkable track record, the Executive Chairman of Esan Central, Rt. Hon. Kelvin Iyere, emerged as the well-deserving National Publicity Secretary of ALGON.

 

This position was earned through merit, as it is no small feat to secure the support of 774 local government Chairmen across the country.


His selection has been warmly celebrated by the Executive Governor of Edo State, who has extended his congratulations to his brother Kelvin. 


Similarly, the President has expressed his excitement over the new leadership of ALGON, as they will play a pivotal role in advancing local government autonomy at the grassroots level.


We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Governor for his continued fatherly guidance and support throughout this journey.
