A Nigerian Chief Appreciates President Biden For Amnesty Granted Him.

The Eson of Ebelle, the Osobase of Igueben kingdom and the Obayiagbon of Umunede, High Chief Christopher Omigie, who was on the 12th of December, 2024, granted executive clemency by the President of the United States of America, has expressed his unreserved appreciation to President Joe Biden for granting him clemency.
Speaking on phone with Esan Magazine on Thursday, the 2nd of January 2025, Chief Omigie expressed his joy and appreciation over the amnesty granted him, and a couple of others by the President of the United States of America, saying the grace of God kept him going.
Speaking, Chief Omigie, who said the total freedom granted him, is just by the grace of God, added that; "no one knows what I have been through in all these past years, No one. You can only imagine it; but now, I have my freedom back. All thanks to President Joe Biden for granting me amnesty.
"In the past four years, I have been confined to my house; before then, when I was in Prison, I saw how many people gave up. However, when I was later confined to my house, I had to think out of the box by engaging myself in an online radio station broadcast that has now become number one Internet Radio that is listened to and followed globally. For me, this is a very big deal". Chief Omigie said.
Continuing, Chief Omigie who said he lost everything he worked for, but again, reminded himself that, he came to this world with nothing, and he will return to his maker with nothing, added that, in the past four years, he has been consistently organising the Lafayette Reggae and Cultural Festival, saying; "you cannot tie a good man down. My enemies tried to bury me, but they never knew I am a seed. Now, I am back like I never left, as fate goeth wherever it must".
Chief Chris Omigie, a native of Ebelle in Igueben Local Government Area of Edo state, arrived the United States of America, on the 13th of August, 1973.
