"Edo people with their votes have spoken their minds. They made it very clear, through their votes that for the past eight years, Edo state has been in disarray and in a state of comatose.

So, Edo people decided to vote for Senator Monday Okpebholo and Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa, who have been tested and trusted".

Continuing, Mrs. Okoebor who said the governor elect, is a sitting Senator and Dennis Idahosa, his Deputy, who has been at the house of representatives for six years, both have a lot of landmarks to show as achievements in their various constituencies.

"Senator Monday Okpebholo has promised that, at least forty five percent of his Government, will be made up of women, and artisans, he has also promised that the Youths will also be well represented..."

"We are very happy about the outcome of the election, and we are grateful to God for what he has used Edo people to do".

"On behalf of the entire women of Edo State, I heartily congratulate Senator Monday Okpebholo aka Akpakomiza, and Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa, aka Denco, on their well deserved victory".

It is going to be a gradual process.
