To Governor Godwin Obaseki, Chief Okoinemen continued; "...this is Esan project and the project of the entire Edo state..." Speaking in Esan language, he said; "Esan igbedo, Edoigbesan" adding that; "power no be sugar cane, na God dey give power".
To Senator Monday Okpebholo, Chief Okoinemen said; "...by the special grace of God, you will be declared the winner of the election, you will be sworn into office, and you will do well as the governor of Edo state; and I know, when you become the governor of Edo state, the hospitals in this state, will be better than what it is today, as we will no longer take what belongs to Edo people, including contracts to Lagos state and Oyo state.
Chief Okoinemen who also commended the gesture of Senator Monday Okpebholo in donating the sum of seven Million naira to one Etinosa a student of Ambrose Alli University, AAU, Ekpoma, who was diagnosed of kidney failure, also advised other Edo gubernatorial candidates to ake a cue from Senator Okpebholo's examples, saying the love for the people should be paramount in their hearts, rather than just campaigning for votes from people that need their help.
